Ry Stewart

Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 November 2026

These Terms of Service apply to rystewart.com, the Free Strategy Call with Ry Stewart, and the paid services provided by Ry Peter Stewart, a sole trader in Australia trading as Ry Stewart (ABN 67 345 651 453, not registered for GST). In these terms, "Ry", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ry Peter Stewart, and "client" or "you" refers to the business buying the services.

1. Contact

2. Who can buy

Our services are for businesses, not individual consumers. Our clients are mainly online coaches and creators, mostly in fitness and health, with an Instagram following. We serve clients in any country. Buyers must be 18 or over and buying for their own business.

3. Free Strategy Call

The Free Strategy Call is booked through Calendly and held on Zoom. Calls are recorded with Fathom, and you will be told when a call is recorded. You can reschedule or cancel through your Calendly link up to 24 hours before the call. After 2 missed calls without notice, no further free calls are offered.

4. How an engagement starts

Scope and price are agreed on a Zoom call. Ry then sends an invoice. The engagement starts when the first payment is received.

5. The service

The service is a done-for-you DM appointment setting system. Ry recruits, vets, trains and manages human appointment setters for the client. It includes:

Not included: content creation, the cost of the client's own tools, setter pay, and taking sales calls (the client takes and closes its own sales calls). Other work can be added as an additional service and is charged separately.

6. Delivery and support

Onboarding includes an intro call and a gameplan call. The client sends offer details and assets, Ry builds the documents, trackers and Slack workspace, and then setters are hired and trained. Timing depends on the client's inputs and the hiring process.

Support is provided through the client's Slack workspace, Monday to Friday, with replies within 1 business day. WhatsApp is used for urgent items, and Zoom calls are held as needed.

Results depend on things outside Ry's control, including the client's lead flow and content, account access, messaging tool seats, calendar availability, and the client attending and closing sales calls.

7. Who does the work

Setters are contractors based outside Australia. They receive the client's Instagram login, a messaging inbox seat, access to the client Slack workspace, edit access to the CRM, view access to the KPI tracker, and the scripts and guides.

8. Client responsibilities

The client must:

If the client does not do these things, Ry may pause the service until the issue is resolved.

9. Setters and setter pay

Ry recruits, onboards, trains and supervises setters, and handles underperformance and replacement. The client gives final approval on hires.

The client always pays setters directly. Ry does not pay setters and is not involved in setter payments. Setter commission is a percentage of cash the client actually collects from leads the setter booked, paid as the cash comes in (including instalments under payment plans). Commission rates are agreed with each setter. Attribution is tracked in the sales CRM. Payment disputes are between the client and the setter.

A client may hire a setter directly. If it does, Ry is not responsible for that setter's work.

10. Fees and payment

Standard pricing, in US dollars:

Fees are paid by invoice through Stripe, and work starts on the first payment. Payment plans may be arranged case by case. No GST is charged, as Ry is not registered for GST. Setter commission is paid by the client on top of Ry's fee, and the client pays for its own tools.

If a payment is late or fails, the service may pause until the payment is made. There are no late fees or collection fees.

11. Term and renewal

The minimum term is 12 weeks, or 12 months for the 12-month package. At the end of the 12 weeks, Ry and the client reassess, and the engagement can be renewed for ongoing work at a price and scope agreed at that point.

12. Refunds

Ry does not offer refunds for change of mind. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. No guaranteed results

Revenue, calls booked, show rates and closed sales are not guaranteed. Replacing setters who leave or underperform is part of the service Ry provides. It is not a promise of any particular outcome.

14. Accounts and platforms

The client owns its Instagram account, messaging account, Calendly account and payment processor. Ry owns the Google Sheets CRM and KPI tracker, documents and SOPs, the Make automations, and the client Slack workspace.

Instagram bans, limits, outages and platform changes are outside Ry's control and are not Ry's responsibility, and the term is not extended because of them.

15. Conduct and access

Clients, setters and the team must not send spam, make misleading or fake claims, share logins outside the team, or misuse lead data. Ry may stop work if these rules are broken.

The client gives access by sharing its Instagram login and adding messaging seats, and can withdraw access by changing the password or removing the seat.

16. Ownership

When a client leaves, it keeps the scripts, SOPs and other materials Ry built for it and can keep using them. Ry builds client materials from his own master templates and keeps using those templates, with client details removed, for other clients. Leads stay in the client's own Instagram, messaging and Calendly accounts.

17. Confidentiality and publicity

Both sides keep each other's business information confidential, including sales data, scripts and customer and lead information. Setters must do the same.

Ry asks for the client's consent before using its name, results or testimonials. A client can ask for a testimonial to be removed, and it will be taken down within 14 days.

18. Ending the service

Ry may stop work if a client breaks the conduct rules in section 15. If a client owes money, the service pauses until it is paid. If the client exits early and does not pay the rest, the service ends.

When a client leaves, Ry deletes the client's passwords, removes his logins from the client's accounts, and pauses any automated reports for that client. When a setter leaves, they are removed from Slack and all client platforms.

19. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

20. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to ry@rystewart.com. We will first talk it through, and both sides will have 14 days to resolve the issue in good faith. If it is not resolved, the parties will try mediation. After that, disputes go to the courts of Western Australia, and these terms are governed by the law of Western Australia.

21. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page, and active clients will be notified by email.
